  • 2 medium broccoli heads, cooked and chopped
  • ¼ onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese or any melting cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs can be replaced with crushed crackers or coating mix

  1. Prepare the MixtureIn a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add the chopped cooked broccoli, chopped onion, salt, oregano, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  2. Add Cheese and BreadcrumbsStir in the mozzarella cheese and gradually add the breadcrumbs. Mix thoroughly by hand to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated. Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes.
  3. Form the PattiesWith slightly damp hands, form the mixture into round patties. You can make them large or small depending on your preference. For added crispiness, coat the patties lightly in more breadcrumbs before cooking.
  4. Cook the PattiesHeat a little oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Alternatively, bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes for a lighter version.
