  • 1 large Egg no substitutes for binding
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs or crushed crackers for gluten-free
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or replace with fresh minced garlic
  • to taste Salt & Pepper adjust according to preference
For the Glaze
  • 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce (additional) brush over the top

How to Make BBQ Cheddar Meatloaf
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, chopped onion, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined, avoiding overmixing.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Generously brush additional BBQ sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Place your meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Allow the meatloaf to cool for a few minutes before slicing.
