Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and cool completely.

  3. Combine the cooled pasta, cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, and fresh parsley with the dressing, gently tossing to coat evenly.
  4. Refrigerate the salad for at least 8 hours, covering it well.
  5. Garnish before serving with extra parsley, crumbled bacon, or sliced green onions.
