  • Zucchini: 1 medium (approx. 150g), grated (avoid grating the seeds)
  • Garlic: 1 clove, crushed
  • Salt and Black Pepper: To taste
  • Provençal Herbs: To taste
  • Olive Oil: 1-2 tablespoons, for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegetables:
    • Grate the pumpkin, carrot, and zucchini into strips using a grater.
    • Crush the garlic clove with a knife for added aroma.
