- 100g hot milk (about 1/2 cup)
- 3 large eggs
- 30g cocoa powder (about 1/4 cup)
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Oil for greasing the mold
Instructions
Prepare the Oat Flakes:
- In a large bowl, combine 150g oat flakes with 100g of hot milk. Stir well.
- Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes so the oats can soften.
2. Mix the Cake Batter:
- After the oats have absorbed the milk, add 3 eggs to the mixture.
- Stir in 30g cocoa powder until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mash the 2 ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Add the mashed bananas to the oat mixture and mix thoroughly.
3. Prepare the Baking Mold:
- Grease the cake mold with a little oil to prevent sticking.
4. Layer the Apples:
- Thinly slice the apples and arrange them on the bottom of the greased mold.
- Sprinkle the apple slices with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar for added sweetness and flavor.
5. Bake the Cake:
