- 2 egg yolks
- 40g (1.4 oz) sugar
- 15 g (0.5 oz) cornstarch
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 100 g (3.5 oz) condensed milk
- Cinnamon, cocoa powder, or chocolate for decoration

- Prepare the Milk Mixture: In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, lemon zest, and vanilla sugar. Heat over medium until it just begins to boil, then remove from heat.
