  • Total Time: 1hr 10mins

Description

This Homemade Whipped Cream is light, fluffy, and stabilized with gelatin to ensure it holds its shape for hours. The addition of gelatin makes the whipped cream perfect for piping onto desserts, cakes, or using as a frosting, as it won’t melt easily. With just a few simple ingredients like milk, powdered sugar, and gelatin, you can create a creamy and versatile topping in no time!
