  • 500g mushrooms, sliced
  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 slices of bread, toasted
