Ingredients:

  • 30-35 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon creole seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

 

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine lemon pepper, creole seasoning, paprika, old bay seasoning, and ground black pepper. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
  2. Sprinkle cornstarch over shrimp and toss again.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and opaque.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice over shrimp and sprinkle with parsley. Toss to combine.
