Ingredients:

  • 0.5 kg chicken fillet, diced
  • 300 g mushrooms (champignons), sliced
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 150 g smoked bacon, chopped
  • 5 eggs
  • 250 ml cream (15-20% fat)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 5 cocktail tomatoes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • Ground pepper to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add chicken and bacon; cook until chicken is browned and bacon crispy.
  4. Incorporate mushrooms; cook until soft.
  5. Whisk eggs and cream in a bowl; season with salt, chicken seasoning, and pepper.
  6. Grease a quiche dish with butter. Layer the chicken mixture in the dish.
