Ingredients

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp smoked paprika
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 2 large eggs, beaten
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a skillet over medium heat for frying.
2. Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness.
3. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
5. For baking: Place chicken on a greased baking sheet, spray with cooking oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
6. For frying: Cook chicken in hot oil for 3-4 minutes per side or until crispy and golden.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.
