Ingredients
– 1 lb chicken tenders
– 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1/2 tsp dried oregano
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 2 eggs
– 1/4 cup milk
– Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly spray or brush with olive oil.
2. In one bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. In another, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
4. Arrange the coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tenders are golden and fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
