– 1 pound chicken tenders
– 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

– 2 large eggs, beaten
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 tablespoons olive oil (for baking)

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the flour in a separate shallow dish and the beaten eggs in another.
4. Coat each chicken tender by first dipping it in the flour, then the egg, and finally the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
5. Arrange the tenders on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle or brush with olive oil for extra crispiness.
6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges for a zesty finish.
