Ingredients
– 4 bone-in chicken thighs
– 2 cups sliced mushrooms
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp butter
– 1/2 tsp paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
3. Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and let the sauce thicken for 3-4 minutes.
4. Return chicken thighs to the skillet and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes, ensuring they are fully cooked.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
