Ingredients:

  • 200g of pasta
  • 6 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 70g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 100g bacon, diced

 

Directions:

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over low heat. Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat.
  4. Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Pour the eggs over the pasta, stirring continuously, until the eggs are just set and the sauce is creamy.
