- Cooked Rice: 20–30g (approx. 2 tablespoons), cooled
- Cheese: 30g (approx. 1/4 cup), grated (choose your favorite cheese like cheddar, mozzarella, or gouda)
- Salt and Pepper: To taste
- Olive Oil or Avocado Oil: For frying
Instructions
- Prepare the Cabbage and Mix Ingredients:
- Finely chop the cabbage into thin strips. In a large bowl, mix the chopped cabbage with the eggs until well combined.
- Add the cooked rice and grated cheese to the cabbage mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
- Form and Cook the Patties:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
- Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into patties, placing each one in the skillet. Press gently to flatten slightly.
- Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
