  • Cheese: 30g (approx. 1/4 cup), grated (choose your favorite cheese like cheddar, mozzarella, or gouda)
  • Salt and Pepper: To taste
  • Olive Oil or Avocado Oil: For frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cabbage and Mix Ingredients:
    • Finely chop the cabbage into thin strips. In a large bowl, mix the chopped cabbage with the eggs until well combined.
    • Add the cooked rice and grated cheese to the cabbage mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
  2. Form and Cook the Patties:
    • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
