Ingredients:
- Broccoli โ 500g
- Salt
- Carrots โ 2 pcs
- Juice of half a lemon
- Tangerines โ 1 large
- Sugar โ 1 tsp
- Cherry tomatoes โ 250g
- Olive oil โ 2 tbsp
- Dry garlic โ 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds โ 1 tbsp

Directions:
- Cut the broccoli into florets and cook in salted boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Peel and grate the carrots. Add to the broccoli.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and one large tangerine over the vegetables. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and mix well.
- Cover and cook the mixture for 7-10 minutes.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, another teaspoon of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Cook covered for another 2 minutes.
- Dress the salad with olive oil, dry garlic, and sesame seeds. Mix well and serve.
