Ingredients
– 6 hot dogs
– 6 slices of bacon
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Wrap each hot dog tightly with one slice of bacon, securing the ends with toothpicks if necessary.
3. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
4. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture evenly over the bacon-wrapped hot dogs, pressing gently to help it adhere.
5. Place the hot dogs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway, until the bacon is crispy and caramelized.
6. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
