- Sauté the Onion
- In a skillet, heat a bit of vegetable oil and add 1 chopped onion. Sauté until translucent.
- Add Meat and Seasonings
- Add the minced meat, eggs, minced garlic, dill, salt, and black pepper. Sauté until the meat is browned and cooked through.
- Set Aside
- Once cooked, set the meat filling aside to cool slightly.
