  • Parsley: 2 tbsp, chopped
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper: to taste
  • Smoked Paprika: 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Meat Mixture
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine minced meat, eggs, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, Italian herbs, and chopped parsley.
    • Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic to the mixture, then mix everything thoroughly until well combined. Using your hands or a spatula, mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Shape the Patties
    • Divide the meat mixture into even portions and shape each portion into patties. Aim for about 8-10 patties, depending on the size you prefer.
  3. Heat the Oil and Butter
    • In a large skillet, heat a small amount of vegetable oil along with 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. The combination of oil and butter helps achieve a golden, crispy crust.
  4. Cook the Patties
    • Place the patties in the skillet in a single layer (you may need to cook in batches). Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
    • Ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 160°F (71°C) for safe consumption if using ground beef, or follow the recommended temperature for the type of meat you’re using.
