Ingredients

– 2 lbs turkey breast, boneless and skinless
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 teaspoons garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
**For the Honey Mustard Sauce**
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with foil.
2. Pat the turkey breast dry and rub with olive oil. Season with garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Place the turkey in the prepared baking dish.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper. Reserve half of the sauce for serving and use the other half to brush the turkey.
4. Roast the turkey in the oven for 30-40 minutes, basting with the honey mustard sauce every 10-15 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
5. Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with the reserved honey mustard sauce and serve.
