large shrimp, peeled and deveined (1 lb)
unsalted butter, melted (6 tablespoons)
garlic, minced (4 cloves)
breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)
Parmesan cheese, grated (1/4 cup)
lemon juice (2 tablespoons)
parsley, chopped (2 tablespoons)
salt (1/2 teaspoon)
black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the baking dish.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour over the shrimp, ensuring they are well-coated.
In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and half of the parsley. Sprinkle evenly over the shrimp.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and breadcrumbs are golden brown.
Garnish with the remaining parsley before serving.
