- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons cold water
Chicken Filling:
- 500g (2 medium breasts) chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1 handful of onions, chopped
- 1 chicken cube
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup water
- ½ teaspoon chicken seasoning
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 ½ tablespoon flour
- 1 ¼ cup water
- Chopped vegetables (potatoes, bell pepper, carrots) – amount as desired
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Egg Wash (optional):
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions:
- Make the pie dough:
- Combine flour and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
- Create a well in the center and add cold water. Mix with a fork until the dough just comes together. Avoid overmixing.
- Wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Cook the chicken:
- Season chicken with salt, onion powder, and chicken cube.

- Prepare the vegetables:
