– 2 lbs chicken wings
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon chili powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Ingredients
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and place a wire rack on top.
2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels, then place them in a large bowl.
3. Drizzle the olive oil over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
4. In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle the spice mix over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
5. Arrange the wings on the wire rack in a single layer. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
6. Serve immediately, with your favorite dipping sauce if desired.
