  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer:
    Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C) for a few minutes while you prepare the potato wedges.
  • Prep the potatoes:
    Wash the russet potatoes thoroughly and dry them with a kitchen towel.
    Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 4 wedges, making a total of 8 wedges per potato.
  • Season the potatoes:
    In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the sliced potato wedges. Drizzle with olive oil and add the minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss the potatoes to evenly coat them with the seasonings.
  • Add the Parmesan:
    Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes, tossing again to ensure the cheese sticks to each wedge.
  • Air fry the wedges:
    Arrange the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they aren’t overlapping.
    Cook for 15 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through cooking to ensure even crispiness. If needed, cook for an additional 5 minutes until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
  • Garnish and serve:
    Once the wedges are crispy and cooked through, remove them from the air fryer and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately while they’re still warm.
