Ingredients
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 egg
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup chicken broth (non-alcoholic)
– 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook meatballs until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. Stir and simmer until thickened.
4. Add sundried tomatoes and return meatballs to the skillet. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.
5. Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
