Ingredients
– 8 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
– 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
– 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus 1/2 cup for topping)
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 red bell pepper, diced
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp onion powder
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, and diced red bell pepper to the bowl. Stir until everything is well coated.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
5. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese on top.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
