Ingredients
– 12 oz penne pasta, cooked al dente
– 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
– 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
– 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup fresh spinach (optional)
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, spinach (if using), and Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle crumbled bacon, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden crust, if desired.
5. Serve hot, garnished with cracked black pepper or parsley for extra flavor.
