Ingredients
– 12 oz egg noodles
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 small onion, finely diced
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 1/2 cups beef broth
– 1 cup sour cream
– 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion, cooking until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
3. Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture, stirring to coat evenly. Slowly pour in beef broth, stirring until the sauce begins to thicken.
4. Stir in paprika, salt, pepper, and sour cream. Simmer on low heat for 5-7 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed.
5. Toss the cooked egg noodles with the creamy beef sauce until well coated.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of black pepper.
