Instructions
Prepare Muffin Batter:

- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, eggs, nutmeg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Combine and Stir: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Cook the Muffins:

- Optional Crispy Top: For a crispy finish, return the muffins to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes. Watch them closely to avoid overcooking.
