Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until the crumbs are well-coated.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then set aside to cool.

2. Make the Cinnamon Swirl Filling

  • In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until it forms a paste-like consistency. Set aside.

3. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.

  • Mix in the sour cream, vanilla extract, and flour until everything is fully combined and smooth.
