- 120g sugar
- 60g cocoa powder
- 10g vanilla sugar
- 250g milk
- 150g butter
- 220g peanuts, divided (120g crushed, 100g for coating)
- Liquid honey, for coating

- Prepare the Chocolate Mixture:Â Combine sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Add Butter:Â Remove from heat, add butter, and stir until smooth.
- Mix Biscuits and Peanuts:Â In a large bowl, mix crushed biscuits with 120g of crushed peanuts.
- Combine:Â Pour the chocolate mixture over the biscuit and peanut mix. Stir well.
- Form the Sausage:Â On parchment paper, shape the mixture into a sausage form. Chill until firm.
- Coat:Â Unwrap, brush with honey, and roll in remaining peanuts.
