Cheesy Ranch Chicken Pasta Bake: A Comfort Food Favorite

Ingredients

– 1 pound pasta (fusilli, penne, or your favorite shape)
– 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
– 1 cup ranch dressing
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
– 6 slices cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. Cook the pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4. Add the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Mix until evenly coated.
5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheeses and crumbled bacon on top.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
