Ingredients
4 cups frozen hash browns or diced potatoes
1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup ranch dressing
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine hash browns (or diced potatoes), crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the casserole is golden brown on top.
7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
