Ingredients
– 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
– 1 lb cooked pasta (penne or rotini recommended)
– 1 cup ranch dressing
– 1 cup sour cream
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, ranch dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
3. Fold in the cooked pasta and 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Top with mozzarella cheese, remaining cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
6. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
