- If grilling, preheat your grill to medium heat.

Cut each cauliflower head into slices approximately ¾ inch thick. You should be able to get 2-3 full slices from each head. The ends may break into smaller florets; you can roast these on the same sheet pan or save them for another recipe. - Make the Olive Oil Mixture:
