Ingredients
– 3 ripe bananas, sliced into thick rounds
– 2 tbsp butter
– 3 tbsp sugar
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
2. Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
3. Add banana slices to the skillet in a single layer. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the top.
4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are caramelized, then flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and serve warm as is, or use as a topping for pancakes, waffles, or ice cream.
