Ingredients
– 1 cup creamy peanut butter
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar
– 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers or cookies
– 20 soft caramel candies
– 2 tbsp heavy cream or milk
– 1/4 cup crushed peanuts (for topping)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and crushed graham crackers until well combined. Chill the mixture for 15 minutes to firm up.
2. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.
3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt caramel candies with heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
4. Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted caramel, coating evenly. Use a fork to lift out and place back on the parchment.
5. Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top while the caramel is still warm. Chill in the fridge until set, about 15 minutes.
6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
