Ingredients
– 12 oz penne pasta, cooked al dente
– 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
– 1 cup buffalo sauce
– 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Toss in the cooked pasta and mix until evenly coated.
3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden crust.
5. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot with a side of garlic bread or a crisp salad.
