Ingredients
– 12 oz spaghetti, cooked al dente
– 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
– 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce (your favorite)
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/4 cup chicken broth (or water)
– 1 small onion, diced (optional)
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce and chicken broth. Stir in cooked spaghetti until well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the top.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden crust, if desired.
5. Serve hot with a side of cornbread or a crisp salad.
