Ingredients
– 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized cubes
– 8-10 slices bacon, halved
– 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
– 2 tbsp brown sugar
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a wire rack.
2. Wrap each chicken cube with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
3. Place wrapped chicken pieces on the baking sheet. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the bacon-wrapped chicken.
4. Bake for 20 minutes, then brush generously with BBQ sauce. Bake an additional 5-7 minutes until the bacon is crispy and caramelized.
5. Let cool slightly, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with extra BBQ sauce for dipping.
